Create your account

Register your company on Zaptiz Construction — your name, work email and a password, then a 6-digit code from your inbox. You become the company's administrator.

Registering creates a new company workspace with you as its administrator. If your company already uses Zaptiz, do not register — ask your Company Admin to add you, then sign in. Registering again creates a second, empty company.

Register​

  1. Open construction.zaptiz.com and click Start free at the top right. From the sign-in page, click Create account at the top right or Create your company account under the form.
  2. Enter your Full name.
  3. Enter your Work email. The verification code goes here, and this address becomes your login.
  4. Choose a Password. A checklist appears as you type; every item must be ticked: 8+ characters, Lowercase, Uppercase, Number, Symbol.
  5. Type it again in Confirm password.
  6. Click Create account.

You are not signed in yet. The form is replaced by a code screen.

Verify your email​

  1. Open the email from Zaptiz. It carries a 6-digit code, valid for 10 minutes.
  2. Type the code into the six boxes. You can paste the whole line from the email — the digits are picked out of it.
  3. The code is checked as soon as the sixth digit goes in. You can also click Verify and continue.

Once the code is accepted you are signed in, a confirmation email is sent, and the setup wizard opens.

If the code does not arrive​

  • Wait for the timer. Resend in 0:59 counts down from one minute; after that the link reads Resend code. Each new code replaces the last — only the newest one works.
  • Check spam and any quarantine your company's mail filter uses.
  • Wrong address? Click Use a different email to go back to the form.
  • Closed the tab? Go to the sign-in page and sign in with your email and password. Zaptiz sends a fresh code and shows the code screen straight away.

Five wrong tries spend a code. After that, ask for a new one with Resend code.

What gets created​

Company nameA placeholder — for example "Ravi's company" — until you enter the real name in step 1 of setup.
Your userRole: Company Admin. You hold every permission and can add the rest of your team.
Units of measureA standard list (cum, sqm, kg, nos and so on) is loaded, so you can create resources and rate analyses at once.

There is no card to enter and nothing to pay at this stage. Plans are handled later under Subscription & billing.

Tips​

  • Use an address you will keep. Your login email cannot be changed later; a different address means a different account.
  • Register with the person who will administer the company. You can make others Company Admin later, and it is safer to have two.
