Quality, Snag & Safety Watch
Snags, NCRs, inspections and safety events across your sites in one view — what is critical, what is overdue, what keeps recurring — and the three things to fix this week.
One triage list for everything that can stop handover or hurt someone. The three items at the top are chosen by fixed rules, not by the AI — the AI only words them.

What it reads
For each active project you can open (up to 25), or the one you choose:
- Snags that are open, assigned, in progress or reopened — priority, due date, category, trade, how often reopened, whether the client raised it.
- Quality — open and in-progress NCRs with severity and target close date, and inspections failed in the last 30 days.
- Safety — open events, overdue corrective actions, days since the last lost-time injury, and near misses this month.
Each part is read only if it is switched on for your company and your role can see it. A part it could not read shows as "—", never as zero.
What you get
- This week's top 3 — each with what to do and a link.
- Projects — Project, Open snags, Overdue, Critical, Reopened 2+, Open >30d, Open NCRs, Overdue NCRs, Failed insp. 30d, Open safety events, Overdue actions, Near misses (month), Days since LTI, Status.
- Open snags by age (days) — 0-7, 8-30, >30, oldest, client-raised and escalated.
- Recurring defects — any category or trade with 3 or more open snags across your projects.
- Overdue safety actions — each with its due date, days late and who is responsible.
The alerts, most urgent first
| Alert | Severity |
|---|---|
| A lost-time injury or fatality event still open | Critical |
| High or critical safety events open | High |
| Safety actions overdue | High |
| Critical snags open — they hold up retention release | High |
| Critical NCRs open | High |
| NCRs past their target close date | Medium (high if one is critical) |
| Snags overdue | Medium |
| Snags reopened 2 or more times — the fix is not holding | Medium |
| Inspections failed in the last 30 days | Medium |
| Client-raised snags open | Low |
| Snags open more than 30 days | Low |
The top three are taken from this list by severity, then in the order shown, then by size. In the overdue actions list, an action more than 7 days late is marked high.
Run it
- In the sidebar, open Workspaces › Site and click Quality, Snag & Safety Watch under AI agents.
- Leave Project on All projects, or choose one.
- Click Run agent.
- Work through This week's top 3, then the Projects rows marked HIGH or CRITICAL.
Run it every week
It can run itself every Monday at 07:00 — off until your Company Admin switches it on in its Schedule & delivery panel. Each Company Admin, Project Manager, Safety Officer and QA/QC Engineer then gets a run covering their own projects, as the latest result on this page.
Safeguards
- It creates nothing. A snag is closed on site, by the people who fixed and verified it.
- It reads as you, so your scorecard covers only your projects.
- When there is nothing to report, it does not call the AI at all.
Near misses are a sign that people report. They are counted and shown, never raised as an alert and never held against a project.
Tips
- Recurring defects by trade point at a workmanship or method problem — walk it with that trade's foreman.
- Close critical snags early in DLP; they hold up the final retention.
- An open lost-time injury stays critical until its investigation is complete and its actions closed.
